Two events for developers to collaborate and share ideas with their colleagues are coming up.

Virtual IoT & Edge Days

Virtual IoT and Edge Days 2022 is an online event for IoT and edge developers, with an emphasis on Eclipse Foundation projects and technologies. The event brings contributors and committers together to share information and drive collaboration between projects.

Held on May 24-25, the event is open to any developer, product manager, or architect interested in IoT and Edge topics. It is hosted jointly by the Eclipse IoT, Edge Native, and Sparkplug working groups.

Please submit your talk proposal by March 15 to help drive the conversation and build momentum around IoT and edge innovation.

Cloud IDE Day

Cloud IDE Day 2022 is our second annual virtual event for IDE developers to openly discuss questions around cloud IDEs and cloud development, such as:

  • What do developers need in the next generation of remote or web-based IDEs?
  • What new IDE tools will best help them build cloud-native applications?
  • How can existing IDEs more efficiently harness the cloud?

The event is scheduled for April 27, and is open to anyone interested in adopting or building cloud IDEs. Cloud IDE Day is hosted by the Eclipse Cloud DevTools Working Group, a vendor neutral group focused on industry collaboration on open source cloud development tools. Visit the website for more information or to submit your presentation topic.
