The sixth edition of the Jakarta EE Developer Survey is now open. Following the release of Jakarta EE 10 last fall, the 2023 survey will give us a chance to see how many developers and organizations are using the newest version of the software.
This will also be the first time the survey will be available in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese, making it easier for Java communities around the world to share their perspectives.
This annual survey is your chance to influence the direction of the Jakarta EE platform by sharing your thoughts on how Jakarta EE can evolve to continue meeting the cloud needs of Java developers around the world. Questions cover what the preferred tools, technologies and architectures are, what cloud technologies developers are using, and how many organizations are migrating to Jakarta EE.
Last year’s survey revealed the expected growth rates for Java apps in the cloud, Jakarta EE’s rate of adoption, the community’s top priorities, and how Java is being deployed in the cloud.
The survey takes less than six minutes to complete and is open until May 25.
