Rust is an emerging and promising programming language, praised for its speed and safety. It helps developers avoid common bugs, making it ideal for building reliable and efficient software. With strong community support and growing popularity, Rust is set to play a significant role in the future of programming.
If you’re in Paris in June, don’t miss the brand new RUST PARIS 2024, the first edition of a one-day conference dedicated to the Rust programming language. This physical event is scheduled for June 25, 2024, close to Paris. The conference aims to gather Rust enthusiasts for idea exchange and mutual learning about the best ways to apply the language and tools to the ever-evolving challenges in the Web/Data Processing and Cyber/Embedded/System domains.
Experts will be on hand to share their experiences and techniques, highlighting the successes and limitations of using Rust in various use cases. Notably, at least three speakers are members of the Eclipse Foundation, namely the CEA-List, Thales (also a sponsor of this event) and ZettaScale, underscoring the collaborative spirit of the Open Source community.
