Starting with this release, vehicles will default to departSpeed "avg" and departLane "best_prob".
As a result, the insertion flow rate is much higher, especially on multi-lane roads.

This release brings new features for routing (preferences, thresholds) and makes it easier to build small road networks that can be extended later. It also fixes many bugs.

Improvements include a major boost to simulation speed with heavy file output and improved rendering speed in sumo-gui as well as more details for modeling electric vehicles.
The release of SUMO version 1.20.0 is now available. This release brings improvements in modelling temporary blockages and OSM data handling.
