The 2024 Jakarta EE Developer Survey is now open! Through this annual survey, we want to gather valuable insights into the needs, priorities, and requirements of the enterprise Java developer community.

WildFly 31 implements the JakartaEE 10 Platform, the Web Profile, and the Core Profile. The Core Profile can run with the latest LTS of JDK 21, whereas the JakartaEE 10 and Core Profile can run with JDK 11 and 17.

The 5th annual survey report reveals key trends, challenges, and strategies, including an increased enterprise reliance on open source technologies to accelerate IoT and edge computing adoption.

“Securing the open source software supply chain is crucial for protecting global economic infrastructure,” said Mike Milinkovich, Executive Director of the Eclipse Foundation. “CISA is working to improve open source security, focusing on both current issues and future application development."

The Gaia-X Federation Services project team will present the Eclipse XFSC toolbox developed in the project with its open source-based software components to visitors.
