EclipseCon 2010 Program and Gold Sponsors Announced

The Eclipse Community Awards are an annual event designed to show appreciation for contributions that make Eclipse a stronger community. There are three categories of awards - individuals, Eclipse projects and technologies. The Eclipse Foundation is now accepting nominations for the awards, so show your gratitude and nominate a person, Eclipse project or product that has made a difference to you.

Join the Eclipse Community for a DemoCamp Near You
During the month of November and early December, members of the Eclipse community will be hosting DemoCamps in cities around the world. Typically a DemoCamp consists of a series of short demos and presentations from developers building new and interesting solutions with Eclipse. It is a great way to discover and learn about new Eclipse technology. There is also lots of time for informal conversation and networking, so DemoCamps are a great way to connect with colleagues and friends.

The Eclipse Foundation and Eclipse member companies are pleased to announce the fall 2009 training class series. The training is an excellent opportunity for software developers and architects to learn more about Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP), Equinox & OSGi and Modeling technologies. Eclipse experts will lead the sessions, providing practical experience through classroom instruction and hands-on labs. Classes have been scheduled in 23 different cities around the world from October 19 to December 4, 2009.
